While walking to work today I decided to take some pictures around KEK. I put them into a photo album here. Check it out and see where I hang out when I am not at Akihabara.
It's actually pretty funny, almost every bike has one of those baskets. I've even seen a mountain bike with one of those baskets attached. Most bikes are those Holland-style bikes though. They do come in handy when getting some groceries, and it makes me reminisce of Junior high high school back in Germany.
Francis, get some other shots going. So far, it looks like every other campus I've seen so far. I'm craving culture shock, dude! I'm jonesing bad! SHOW ME SOMETHING NEW GOD DAMMIT! (breathing heavily)
Looks like a nice little living environment. Do any of the shoes ever get stolen? :D Man, all those vending machines! I'd be wasting money there all the time!
I want to go to the Photon Factory and make photons.
He He He, you bike has a basket on the front. Do you pick flowers and put them there on your way too and from work.

Haha, this is Japan, if somebody where to steal something and get caught at it they would likely commit seppuku ;)
