- 6 Potatoes (cooked and pressed into mash)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Dash nutmeg
- 250g all purpose flower
Bring a pot of salt water to a boil while mixing the above. One-by-one knead the potato dough into dumplings and place them in the boiling water. Cook em till they float.
What kind of potatoes. There is a big difference between 6 baking potatoes and 6 red potatoes. Perhaps you can an estimated potato mass to use.
ReplyDeleteFor that knowledge I need to guesstimate judging by the potatoes I saw in my grandma's kitchen. I'll give it a go (probably won't have time this week though) and give you an update :)
